  • We specialize in crafting unforgettable journeys within various budgets, typically focusing on 5-star accommodations, cruise lines, and destination specialists, ensuring a luxurious and value-packed travel experience tailored to your preferences.

While there is no strict minimum spend, our clients' trips usually start at $1,000 per day per person, excluding airfare. This cost varies based on factors such as destination, trip duration, and whether you prefer small-group or private experiences.

  • We offer both complimentary and fee-based services. Learn more about our services and rates.

    Fee-based services rates include:

Full Custom-Designed Itinerary Fee: from $500 (depending on length of travel and number of travelers)

This covers research, development, and booking of all aspects of the trip; one round of edits on the initial proposal; full support of our ground partners while abroad; and finalized itinerary accessed from your personalized mobile app

Additional Services (concierge, additional research, etc): from $100/hour

  • Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. LKP Travel highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy).

Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if LKP Travel does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own.

  • Changes happen! After the itinerary has been approved, if you need to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements, LKP Travel will do its best to assist you and work with our partners to give you options. It is important to note, there may be cost increases imposed by third-party suppliers and/or certain bookings that are not eligible for changes. Please refer to the service fees section to review any fees that may be associated with changes/cancellations to the itinerary.

  • While we work within various timeframes, we suggest starting the planning process at least ten months ahead of your preferred travel dates. This gives us enough time to perfect your custom itinerary and offer you the most options and best rates.
